MBG Guidelines for a Succesful 60 Day Fitness Challenge!

Hey Hey Hey:) haha Look how happy Jessie is from the 60 DFC results!!!:)
How does losing 17 pounds of fat and gaining 5.4 pounds of muscle sound? Pretty good right?! Well that is attainable for all if you just look know what you want, believe you can get it and then go and make it happen each day. The key is know you are going to do it, having a plan that you CAN follow...NOT for 60 days but for life...as plan or path that is livable! THIS IS THE KEY!! Do not crush yourself working out super hard, eating 100% plant based super clean and doing Eischens yoga for 60 days only to stop after...that's a waste of time for you and your MBG Trainers and other members that are helping you to achieve your dreams.
THE KEY is to have a SIMPLE & STRONG PLAN that is lifetime sustainable!
This depends on your goals....heavy, overweight, then it's simple;
MONKEY BAR GYM TRAINING
Find a class schedule you can live with....not over the top, crush yourself, but one you can live with for months!! Remember 60 days is the warm up to getting lean and strong for the rest of your life!!
SO PICK WHAT YOU WANT: do 2-3 MBG strength classes (at a mbg or online) a week, 2-3 MBG conditioning classes (at a mbg or online) a week and for sure 2-3 Eischens Yoga classes (at a mbg or at home following the dvd)
PROGRESSING EACH WEEK: keep on top of your training log too...this is key to improve (if you want to! if you just wanna move and have fun...no worries!!:).
MONKEY BAR GYM EATING
Find where you can eat on the Plant Strong plan...what you can live with for months...AGAIN the first 60 days is the warming up time...the learning how to do it...the following months you only enhance what you've already achieved!!
SO PICK WHAT YOU WANT: do you eat 100% plant strong for 6 days a week and eat some fish or eggs on friday? Do you eat 80 or 90% all the time...is that liveable? Find what works for you and stick with it my friends!! That is the key!!
BIG NOTE ON EATING - almost 100% of the population eats too much....i did too my friends, for years i ate healthy but even with healthy foods you can eat too much so you dont get leaner! It will increase your energy big time too!! So generally for guys and gals...3 small plant strong meals a day that satisfy you is the simplest way to go...wanna count cals...men about 1,700 to 2,500 a day...seriously:) haha women about 1,200 to 1,700 cals a day. THEN POUND THE WATER!! 80% of the time your hungry you're actually thirsty...so drink it up!! And put off that meal for a minute:) you'll survive!:) haha

Again here find what amount of EY you can live with and do a day...even if it's doing the beg seq for 1 breath each pose (3-4 minutes!!) That's gonna help you feel better and will make steps towards you feeling happier and healthier each day and for the rest of your life....KEY AGAIN...find what is a plan you can stick to for life....from a quick daily sequence or one pose done well a day to taking an EY class daily at a MBG or on the dvd....find your path and stick to it!
THESE ARE THE KEYS TO A SUCCESSFUL CHALLENGE MY FRIEND...TO LOSING ALOT OF BODY FAT, PUTTING ON LEAN FUNCTIONAL MUSCLE MASS, FEELING LIGHT, CLEAN AND ENERGETIC AND HAVING FULL BODY BALANCE AND SUPPLENESS!!
Do it my friends! You do not know it now but your life will change for the better and YOU will change those around you as well!!
